frankmoney:thunder fire regionalism, that one that will eventually ruin and divide this country, the states just need more autonomy and power and not this revenue sharing formula every month. |

Drienzia:Wisdom... I'm glad people are beginning to see this truth... Africa as a whole needs to end presidential system and move to Parliamentary system... Too much power is vested on the executive which is not good, breeds dictatorship and corruption |

ImpregnaTor:Why are you afraid of restructuring? Regional govt is the best Thing that can happen to Nigeria.. |

35824L:Trash! The unity of Nigeria lies in the hands of the South East. This is not just mere words, but by 2023 you’ll begin to understand this. |

35824L:how do you call a sectional government unity. you call the south east all sort of names yet you wouldnt want them to go. if you can not include the south east in a unified government then we should stop preaching unity. there is no unity in this country we are surviving by the grace of GOD. I Thank GOD that the jeopardy of this country since 1999 has been between the north , west and South until power get to the east then we will know who ruled better. |

Minsk24:Give Africa to the Europeans, these jackasses would have been shouting the moronic "Black Lives Matter" by now. I wish the Africans realize what Almighty has given to them as in Africa. |

Parliamentary is the only solution. It was greediness and envy of America without understanding architecture of America that pushed us to adopt democracy type of government. |

All these old politicos are yet to realise the old order no more enough. There self serving political experiments (Parliamentary or Presidential) have failed us and have turned the nation into a junkyard of mismanaged economy, youth violence and crime. We want a new order in which restructuring must be the bait agenda. After that we must decide to split or not. |
| Re: Yakassai Backs Power Rotation, Seeks Nigeria’s Return To Parliamentary System by BabaO2: 10:34am On Aug 05, 2020 |
membranus:all what you are clamouring can easily be achieved under parliamentary type of government |

BabaO2:No way bros, we want restructuring. We tried before, it didn't werk. It ended in our politicos enriching themselves and their unborn generations. Again in Falz voice: "Ko le werk". |

NIGERIA SHOULD BE RUN ON A CONFEDERAL STRUCTURE. With each regional government having AUTONOMY to determine its economic and political future. |

If the so called leaders were just and fair, and treated everyone equally to The best of their abilities no one would be talking of being marginalized. But that's a story for another day. |

They should start getting used to the idea rest of Nigeria is NEVER voting for Ibo, this is a democracy. Unless both parties field ibo candidates, which is never going to happen because APC is not so stupid as to field an ibo candidate even if by some miracle PDP fields an Ibo candidate. APC knows all the ibo votes will still go to PDP so why would APC risk losing SW and Northern votes for the sake of SE that will never vote for them? So they can continue crying marginalisation or Biafra all they want. They are the architects of their predicament. |

Patrioticman007:Officers mostly from South-south were responsible for the coup and killings with few Southeasterners and Southwesterners. The only reason it was called Igbo coup is because majority were Igbo speaking from South-south whom today you are quick to deny their Igbo roots. I wouldn't have quoted you if you didn't mention Southeast. |

Patrioticman007:I must admit that I'm familiar with the historical events you highlighted above n they are true, other parts of the country also had their faults too, I'm not igbo matter of fact, I'm from NC Nigeria so my view is not pro igbo but pro national,it was the late lucky Dube that said "don't look to past,it will make you pasteristic, look to the future it will make you futuristic"the past is gone but tommorow is still ahead, yes we need the past to guide us today towards tommorow, for equity n national inclusiveness , peace and progress, the SE should be given the presidency in 2023, after 1992 the SW formed Radio kudirat n NADECO with their attendant problematic activities yet they were considered in 1999 so why not the SE after all these years?. |
