President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the extension of the second phase of the eased lockdown for another four weeks.

This extension is the third for the second phase of lockdown currently observed across the country.

Mr Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 disclosed this during the Task Force briefing in Abuja on Thursday.

Buhari should shun this lockdown debacle....some of the great and developed countries doing more in order to restore their economic, ordinary debtor Nigeria is talking about extension.....the present state of our economy is nothing to write home about...Buhari and his economy teams also know that if something is not done fast....we are heading towards recession...nonsense COVID 19 teams are now talking about the lock down...

Lol...Oga Buhari it's like u are centuries away from realizing that Nigerians have moved on long ago, since u guys have opened a market to loot while pretending to fight Covid 19. All those approvals are inconsequential so stop wasting your signature. It's like an invigilator leaving the exam hall with scripts while a student is still there writing the same exams 5 hours after the invigilator left...in all your docile efforts, u still can't point to any funded research on possible vaccine development, antiviral therapeutic agents nor Covid 19 inhibitor compounds research u have funded. Nigerians are now enjoying the effects of herd immunity, and the disease itself has proven to be self limiting and treatable using over the counter medications.

What do you expect from a country where millions of her educated citizens with a critical and sound mind closes an old General dat is lacking in many intellectual capacity to rule her?

Why few are benefitting from the lockdown, majority of Nigerians are suffering from it. The government I only deceiving itself because there's cure for Convid19, and if you doubt, then go and ask Madagascar or Stella Emmanuel
