Someone please advice me on what to do. I placed an advert on facebook and made payment. After screening by the facebook team, my advert was rejected. I have no issue with that. The issue I have is that for almost three weeks now my money is not refunded. The ads account is disable, I can not create adverts, but my money is still held in the ads account. How can I get my money back. Someone pls advice.

I had an issue like that last year. I funded 15k to use for ad, the ad was rejected and the money got stock there. I couldn't find a way to get the money back to my account. I entered into business of helping people with their facebook ads... I was able to exhaust the whole money just last month.

Try and contact Facebook Support. I am sure you will get solution.

I have contacted them two times now. Each time there are replying me that my ads can't be activated, that it is against their ads policy. I agree, no wahala, but refund my money, they are not answering that.

In my case, my account was not blocked. I used it to sponsor other ads.
