Buy a platform supply vessel and lease it to them...It costs about US$25 million for a unit!

It's only oil companies in the downstream sub-sector that would need to have a lot of petrol tankers but I think most of them buy their own tankers instead of leasing

Other equipment you could consider leasing to upstream oil companies that are not so expensive are crew boats, swamp buggies, cranes etc
