To copy the files is not a problem.. But how to see the files that would work on ps2 through usb is my concern

If that iso game is smaller than 4gb, just format your usb drive to fat32 and create a folder named "DVD" and put the ISO there
then use opl to open the game

if it does not read open the game with winrar, then copy that file name that is like "slus_556.86." and rename the game by placing the "slus_556.86." name at the beginning of the game name e.g slus_556.86.God of war 2(Europe)

Make sure that if your ps2 is pal use Europe iso
and use latest opl like version 0.9.3

You really don't need usbutil anymore. Opl supports iso format.

There's a custom Opl version that supports the ext2 file system. You should look into it. With that you can copy any game of any size and play it in iso format also there won't be any fragmentation issues.

when you truly understand how fcmboot and OPL works, you won'tbe having these issues. Games are just dumps of CDs. You can buy a CD, rip it and play it via USB or had if you want. You can reach out to SP193 on psxplace. I don't know if he is still active, but back then he modded a lot of these homebrew software to work for all PS2 models. Most of these devs have moved on. You should too.

You can also use PS2esdl to play gow2. That game hangs on OPL if I can remember clearly.

How can I do that ?? The game I play most is Xbox 360, PS4.
But this PS2 is for my boy. And the boy won't let me rest.. he wants to play Rumble racing and I can't get it to play on d PS2.

Google "ps2esdl sp193". He fixed most of the issues OPL had.

Hello bro, if you’re still available on this platform pls quote me back, I need help wit my games.
Bought a ps2 3days ago at a very cheap price but domes games are not working.
I really want to play god of war 1 and 2, been very long and I miss playing them.
But it get stuck at the beginning, it won’t even load to Home Screen.

Where you all find PS2 Console to buy Aliexpress, Amazon can you download the games from some random google website and play it on the console with or without USB?
