Pep met Fernandinho at City and he does the dirty work while flanked with 2 creative players in the midfield.
Vidal offers something we don't have no doubt but he shouldn't be starting.

Pep at Barca had Busquets providing the grit and trickery needed at the base of the midfield while screening the back four. You didn't mention Pep's time at Bayern nor the fact that an aging Alonso was even signed by Guardiola too. I think that's to our advantage. We've buckled under pressure for the past two seasons as favorites so perhaps as underdogs,that pressure will come off. Plus Bayern have been very cocky this past few days and I have a feeling of 2015 happening once again

Tbh,our board is very terrible. We can sign old man Pjanic that's on decline but can't sign Auba who is a tested and trusted striker that has shown that he can adapt for a lot less and will happily play with Messi behind him. If we insist on signing aging players,Auba will get us at least 20 goals for 3 seasons.smh

It's like you don't understand the current situation at barca.
We're out of funds and looking to offload players. Do you know that we have 35 players for next season. 35!
We've signed, Trincao, Pedri, Matheus.
Coutinho is coming back. Rafinha, Alena are back.

We can't sign any striker except we sell or loan players. Right now, the club is looking to promote the young boys from 2nd team.

That bayern team was a menace. Those guys could attack for 180 minutes without stopping or relaxing.

I didn't anyone to tell me we'll be thrashed. That attacked us like we're QPR. They came to camp nou and even disgraced us by playing tiki taka to mock us at one point

People are more laying emphasis on Bayern's attacking prowess....but forgot their Center Backs pairing floors..... Boateng- Alaba, Boateng-Martinez, or Boateng-Alaba-Sule any which way...their centre back paring is weak...and it can be their undoing.

They faced an amateurish Chelsea side so you can call them super powers at the back of that.

I don't know why I'm replying but 2 things are the likeliest reasons for your ignorance :1.You don't watch bayern, neither did you even check their stats. 2. Your sentiments makes it difficult to see things from an objective perspective.

You just questioned bayern defence. Please, compare how many goals they've conceded and scored this season, especially champions league. When you do, compare with our team. And you'll understand.

Bundesliga has teams that play attacking football(even better that barca this season) , but all were crushed. Why? This bayern team have a nearly close to perfect transition from defense to attack and vice versa.
All barca will do is hold the ball as long as they can and create chances and keep it tight at the back. We can win. Why? We have the resources.. But it will be difficult.

You forget too quick, my man. That period, Messi wasn't fit. Barca was out of steam because they had no idea of what to do on the pitch. I remember vividly how analyst completely wrote off barca and they were right. Everyone knew bayern would qualify.
