*Granite 75 tonnes
*fine aggregate 65 tonnes
*binder (cement)270bags
*12mm reinforcement 5 tonnes
*16mm. “. 2.3 tonnes
*1*12 plank. 450 length
*2*3 plank 300 length
*bamboo 300 length
*carpenter collected 160k
*iron bender 140k
* cost of electrical work 450k ( not for only this slab only)
*little 1st stage plumbing work for the slab only 45k
*concrete caster man 180k

I was praying it wasn't 50 x100..

Man, I have seen people almost squeeze a whole neighborhood in a 50 x 100..

their excuse is, oh that's a rental property.

You are not far from the truth, some people doesn’t consider space when it come to rental property which is very bad.
