This new nation begins the counting of their nation from Judah instead of Reuben because Jesus Christ is from the tribe of Judah, compare Genesis chapter 49 and Revelation chapter 7 1 - 8.
But individuals from present day nation of Israel who accepts the Messiahship of Jesus Christ will be saved.
Present day nation of Israel does not play any role in Biblical prophecy of restoration of all things. As for the nations shouting Peace and Security, how this will happen, only time will tell, no one can say specifically.
