Yes but I know a case of forgery has been established.if you read pdp's written address, you will see that they indirectly conceded to that fact and are hoping to win the case on technicalities
Bros which case forgery did opuama established? Are you reading upside down?

Is there no deadline for election petitions?

Why should you spend half your tenure fighting court cases?

Even the system dosen't seem to favor development. Goodluck lost, and didnt fight, so that any failure of the new govt will be all theirs
What do you expect when you use the courts to gain power? The evil that pdp do lives with them

I'm sure Diri will win because our yeye supreme court judges has been well enriched from the Bayelsan treasury by Dickson/Diri.

I'm just waiting patiently to be shocked for once like Bubu if Diri loses.

Which knowledge am I lacking? You that has knowledge, why not analyse the case and tell us whether your party candidate forged his nysc cert or not? You pdp fans always flee from substantive issues, you rather pander to emotions.your moniker self na issue
Unlike you, I think before I comment and if I don’t have anything to offer, I keep quiet.

I am not from edo and not affiliated with the state in anyway except we share the same country. The only reason I am rooting for Obaseki is because I hate bullies and injustice

Eriokanmi:
why mentioning me here na? One, I'm not from bayelsa and secondly, I'm not a pdp man. My support for obaseki doesn't make me pdp even though edo is traditionally pdp. Had Oshomole not disqualified him, he would have remained in the apc and we would have voted him under same apc. I foresee court cases after obaseki's win but he would scale all hurdles because his matter isn't same as what's obtainable in bayelsa and I'd tell you why.

I've profiled obaseki before I supported him. People were just making needless noise on his certificate. UI admitted with an HSC result in their time. It was higher than WAEC. it's like the IJMB of that time. If you possess an IJMB result without waec, any university in Nigeria would admit you today. UI confirmed he schooled there and graduated. If he presented a result with 3 credit passes to inec during registration this time, that doesn't disqualify him in any way. They claimed he didn't have waec so he did the needful. Dapo Abiodin, the Ogun Governor first submitted his OAU Engineering Degree certificate when he first entered ogun politics to inec, but when he wanted to contest last year, he submitted only waec result. Did that disqualify him? NO. With Primary 6 result, you can contest for governorship in Nigeria. Waec isn't an equivalent of HSC Certificate, take note. The latter is higher and recognised by all universities in his time. Up till 2010, FUT Minna admitted with 4 credit passes. Requirements for admission in those days are different from what we have nowadays. Go and ask oshiomohle, he didn't have a secondary school cert. He only had primary six with a trade test certificate yet he qualified as governor. Also, the NYSC Certificate issue wasn't any issue. The issuing body had corrected the typo error and reissued it to him. Anyone who's not cool with that can sue both the nysc and obaseki in court and that's the beauty of democracy.

The reason we still throw our wits behind him has been that he's the candidate to beat, given his achievement in edo, ideas and personality. Even if obaseki had gone to Labour party instead of the pdp to contest we would have gone with him and that still doesn't make me a labour party man. We're talking of personality here and not party. When we say edo isn't lagos or any other state, we mean our words. We don't vote along party lines. Rather we vote personality. Even when it's glaring that edo was unrepentant PDP, we voted oshiomohle who didn't even have up to 5m naira in his account as at the time he was contesting. People donated overwhelmingly to print shirts, campaign posters etc for him without expecting anything in return. The pdp candidate then had all the money to throw away. We collected his money and cleaned mouth.

Most of us voted buhari not because of apc but because of his personality. Left to the party's formation and all the morons making up the structure, no single vote of mine and that of my family would ever have gone to the apc. Once buhari leaves, no single individual has his kind of pedigree in the party anymore, the party collapses. Those thinking tinubu would succeed buhari, I wish them luck. They had better begin to look inwards for a better candidate now. Yoruba is just a part of nigeria and only the region's vote can't elect their candidate. That's why they should drop tinubu if they must win. Hope you know my position now. If they like let them sack bayelsa governor, e no concern me. Good morning.
. The ban on the appellant party has been lifted by a federal high court this week. He has a good case before the tribunal.Let await what the judgement will be tomorrow. However the litigation will be finally settled at the SC where precedences will be upheld or set aside which I doubt

My concern is the misinformation you put up here that I quoted. Please IJMB isn't a substitute for WAEC. It is simply A'Level exams that allows you gain admission to 200 Level through Direct Entry without UTME. Other equivalents of it are JUPEB, G.C.E /Cambridge A'Level and Polytechnic OND (Upper Credit). No University in Nigeria today will admit you without at least 4 credit passes (including English Language) in SSCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) even if you score A grades in all your IJMB subject exams. That's a fact.

I never for one day said I am a lawyer.majority of us that argue legal matters here aren't lawyers.by the way, legal matters are not exclusive to lawyers if not seun will be restricting access...but based on my little experience gathered from electoral law since 2011,I am a kind of expert among non lawyers.don't forget I was the only one that predicted the removal of ihedioha.

If tomorrow case is dispassionately handled with no sentiments, diri will go.anything can happen

You're wrong sir. There's IJMB O'Level and IJMB A'Level. Get your facts right. You're the one misinforming others. I wrote ijmb just so you know. With the A'Level, you gain admission into 2 hundred level directly. While the ijmb o'level is a substitute for waec which you could use to gain admission into hundred level and thats the difference. It's acceptable nationwide and more difficult to pass than the almighty waec. Because of competition nowadays, 4 credit passes aren't valid for entry into any university today. How many university graduate did we have in the 70s. My dad used to say they could be 50 in the whole universiry who would graduate in a particular year back then Nowadays, even if you had 5 credit passes but failed the post UME, no way for you. Even if you passed both the post UME and UME, the school would still use other criteria like the number of students who scored A's in some key subjects to to be considered first for admission if the number of those who met cut off point surpassed those needed for a particular course. Ife does that nowadays. My cousin was admitted with direct entry and 4 credit passes waec result in FUT Minna with lower credit from poly to study physics in 2010. The futminna requirement was clearly indicated on their DE brochure too and I saw it. If you don't inderstand something, ask questions instead of condemning what someone else has said as misinforming. This is so common in Nigeria. It won't cost you anything if you ask.
