Next time, learn to conduct a feasibility survey viz; by asking questions from people who may have done such a job in the past, or even friends/fam around you before you strike deals. Are the tiles that badly stained for them to be chemically cleaned? The chemicals are affordable, no doubt. This must be your first contract of such nature, hence the inexperience. Just take this one like say you use am learn as the work be. You obviously don't know what it means to clean a three-bedroom apartment. And I am guessing you will be employing other hands.

Around six thousand naira or more. And you can always use it another time, and that's if na hydrogen peroxide solution. Except you wan use low budget Jik.

Go to the properties section and ask Don't talk about the contract part..

You could simply ask for the materials or steps needed to clean a new house with tiles. I'm sure you will get some helpful insights.

Otherwise go to the chemicals market or floor tiles sellers and ask them for chemical recommendations for cleaning your tiles. I'm sure you'll get help.

Don't stop hustling even in fields you know nothing about. It beats stealing and scamming. Welldone.

I haven't used them to clean a big space like that. I remember I used one to clean my apartment when I moved in. Just a one-bedroom. So, I don't know if it will be sufficient enough for a three-bedroom apartment.

You will need Gik, Floor polish, electrolyte for cleaning Tiles. Detergent, Mob, broom and dust pan, get a 3 helper that has cleaning experience to join you and pay them like 2,500. Plus or minus, you will make something good for yourself, is not a bad bargain. Just Borrow the accessories to do the job.

I think its a fumigation of house from insects, pests, and rodents.

A duplex of 6 rooms was charged for 60k for fumigating insects and pests in VI, then 3 bedroom flat for 50k is a good pay. But if you are not greedy type so as to secure business trust and referal link with your client, try and contract a cheap labour. Just for a start to garner experience and feasible plan.

Go to local fumigation outlets or kioks etc.., they mostly sell mixed chemicals for home cleansing, and other factory sealed insecticides and pesticides. Meet one of them and relate, avoid greed to give out trust and gain solid partnership..

Be nice and boom, you will meet more clients. Its a good business here in Africa now because we are on an unending cleansing process. The more we fumigate or clean, the more the funds. We go clean tire....
