When the Chinese give loans, whatever the loan is meant for, like infrastructure or equipment etc, they must be the ones to do the project. They will use their companies, use they equipment, use their workers, import all they need from China. There is no way you can tell me that some of these projects are not be used by the Chinese govt for political advantage. All those trains could be easily have been bugged by the Chinese to have real-time monitoring of our cities, and those infrastructure could have been compromised for any eventuality in case they later have a fall out with the 9ja govt and become enemies in future. But the 9ja govt is too daft. Money wey dem go chop don make them mortgage d country to a very, very cunning and deadly outsider State.
