Lolz... Same guy who uses UAE PayPal.... Show seriousness and trick him to send via GNS.. . Agree that he shld open and close dispute before you pay... Once that is done... Don't pay him... He has been ripping people off here... Sacrifice one dispute to teach him lesson. He ripped me of 37 dol but I got 100
dol back from him when he came back to scam me the second time... He didn't know I will catch him..
