I know about them, the movie the gods must be crazy made the tribe very popular. Even Charlie Simpson's song ( walking with the San) too. They are a sight to behold.

Whites can explore all the strange places in the universe, have series of bad encounters and still claim to have amazing experience.
I have once visited the Koma tribe of Adamawa, the experience is better left unsaid.
