Harry Potter 1 - 8 (8.5/10)

Don't want to give each movie its own review, perhaps some other time, but to really enjoy the wizarding world, you ought to read the books. A fine piece of literature the books are, amazing story world, intriguing storytelling and well-rounded characters and conflicts. Each book gets better and more mature.

The same can be said for the movies, but plenty had to be truncated due to limited screen time but the books ultimately beat the films.

Project Power

Project Power is a 2020 movie about a new drug that is able to give you an undefined super power for 5 minutes. Before you take the drug, you won't know the power the drug could give you. Also, the drug just makes some people explode instead of bestowing them with any super power.

The acting in this movie is really good. Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are experienced actors, so I wouldn't expect less from them. However, the black girl (Dominique Fishback) who plays the protagonist is also a really good actress and I hope to see her in more movies.

When I saw the trailer for this movie, I was really hyped. The premise of the movie was unique and promised to be thrilling. However, I was quite disappointed when I eventually saw the movie.

The word that best describes this movie is bland. The managed to shoehorn a very unique and fun premise into a generic and forgettable story.
They really have a goldmine on their hands, but for some reason, they decided to go the road that has been travelled a million times by better movies by making the central conflict about a father who has to find his kidnapped daughter. And as such, the result is a movie that is bland and thoroughly forgettable.

This movie depicts wickedness that comes with survival very well. I was happy I did save this till when I was a little bit free to thoroughly enjoy it.

It is an 8/10 for me

I loved booksmart. Personally, she's honing her craft as a director than an actress, with this making her third project in the works but I seriously wouldn't mind a TRON 3
