Fkj202004:
1. When school resumes, just go to your centre and request for a new supervisor the same way you did the first time. When a supervisor is assigned to you, you can plead with him that you have started somewhere before so he can accept the topic you have been working on and so you can also continue from where you stopped with minimal corrections.

2. Go to nouonline.net, click students and click register. When you have registered, then you can login and view your portal.

This was extremely helpful . Thank you very much.

Now I've been able to login but unfortunately, I have just seen that I failed a course. Please how do I go about registering and retaking the exam ASAP?

Also, do I need to pay another project fee along with it?

Thank you

I am not understanding this process of admission again. Last semester I registered someone for public health Msc, obtained the provisional admission letter, sent transcript from the school to noun Abuja, but was later informed the program won't start until the second semester.
With this new arrangement on ground now, how do I go about it. Please the person in question is very concerned.
Please help anyone with useful info

I understand that scenario because I have some persons who applied for that programme. I sent an email to School of Postgraduate SPGS on Thursday last week concerning that (exactly your situation). They responded immediately. Below is the response I got.

RE: My M.Sc. Public Health Application Status

Hi,

In compliance with the directives of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Management of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), the School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS) is partially locked down in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As such, we will not be able to attend to some of your requests during this period until full services are restored.

Thank you for your understanding, and stay safe.

Fkj202004:

Most organizations/institutions like NOUN wants transcripts sent directly to them. Some organizations can demand you can submit yourself.

But you can also request your transcript sent to you and not organizations/institutions.

Thanks. I will give it a try

I've done my research, and I doubt that too. Sadly, there is hardly a way to confirm things like this at the school. I'll just try to request via an organization to be on a safer side.
Thanks for the input

Hi,
Please I want to enquire if I will need a transcript in applying for Postgraduate Diploma in NOUN, more so, how does the Semester run and probable cost I may end up incurring to secure PGD admission.
I will appreciate you share the information if it's in your capacity. Thanks

You are not alone. Same thing happened to me. And it's still the same PGDE. Check everywhere, yet nothing. I wonder why.

From my experience, it can only be sent to an Institution, even if you address it to an NGO, it may likely no be sent

best of luck!
