A state that just started enjoying oil benefits in 2007 and is doing better than 2/3 of Nigerian States. Even the almighty Lagos and Abuja have deficiencies, USA and China have poor areas too so if you're looking for perfection in Akwa Ibom overnight then you're the biggest joke to come out of your family
