There is a name on my moniker... Except you can't read or don't know how to ask specific questions.
And you don't seem to understand what I am implying.

QuotaSystem:
Blame it on the heavy bigotry laced narratives on this issue from the south.

It is a mockery of the values of the NBA to take such a decision based on mere allegations without fair hearing or conviction. That can be permitted from sentimental individuals but certainly not from such a hitherto distinguished national body. The NBA's profuse apology to El Rufai illuminates this gross indiscretion but I fear it might be a little too late to save their credibility.
The decision was made by NBA NEC and both the north and south are well represented in the NEC. Majority of the NEC members including those from the North agreed that the invitation should be withdrawn.

The apology was from the President of NBA not from the NBA as a body. Go and read the letter again and see that it was a personal statement.

It does not matter if the decision was made by Demons Congress in Hell, the issue is the fundamentally faulty foundation of their prejudicial decision.

I'm also sure that was not his personal letterhead.

You should understand that if NBA hadn't withdrawn that invitation, the petition against his invitation would have gained more traction by now, and possibly some Southern and North Central chapters would have started threatening boycott.
There is a clear division on this matter. Some of the Northern chapters see it as an attack against the North while the Southern and Middle Belt chapters see it as the right move.
Last last, Nigeria has never been one and will never be. My people and yours can never think alike.

Can those people argue against the fundamental flaw of the prejudicial decision and how it contradicts the very tenets upon which the association itself is built?

If regardless of the fact, they still threaten to boycott, how does that not translate to rascality?

We can agree to disagree on this matter but facts are sacred.

If Borno and Adamawa NBA joins this protest, then someone might be right after all. A northern governor might indeed be a leader of boko haram.
They will join, you can then go and die.

The northern members of NBA are not different from the gullible population with respect to their ethno-religious fanatism. They didnt nor will they ever protest while their people are being senselessly killed across the region. It is good they keep on opening the eyes of other to their flare for oppression & repression from their leaders/elites.

So dont worry the rest of Nigeria will soon be free from all of them because they are triggering a final cascade of events that will lead to everyone going his own way. Then they can enjoy the monsters they created alone. So who loose?
There are the looser

Barely literate abokki bastards forming lawyers. Just look at the poorly written junk of a 'press release' littered with grammatical errors, emanating from a supposed professional association whose principal tool of practice is the written and spoken word. Shameful..

If not for the repugnant quota system that has destroyed Nigeria, how would these fools even graduate from university - let alone law school?

Rubbish country.
I took it for granted that lawyers would naturally write well. But after reading your comment, I had to go read the letter. I must say that the north had better get their acts together for if they continue this their quota system thing, their society would be indescribably miserable a few decades from now. I'm certain other parts of the nation must have severed themselves from them by then.

Just imagine the embarrassing letter that qualified lawyers have written.

Solidarity in failure
I was looking for the right words to use but you nailed it.

When Nigeria ceases to exist, we would see how the so called solidarity would help them build their nation.

If there's any chapter of NBA that knows El-Rufai better it should be Kaduna chapter, why thenJigawa and Borno chapters are crying more the bereaved?

The composition of that letter is definitely an embarrassment to the law profession. Meanwhile, the outgoing NBA executive have proven not to be above board themselves. They intentionally invited many unnecessary speakers who won't be speaking to the truth at the conference. It's a shame

Paul Usoro also wrote apology letter to Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN). They rejected his apology with conditions that except Obasanjo and Wike are removed.

Meanwhile, Muslim Lawyers in Kaduna have boycotted the NBA AGC.

A thief will always remain a thief no matter what little good that may be rightly or incorrectly attributed to him. The fact remains that he has lots of blood money in his accounts and in form of properties and businesses
