How is it that such a delicate procurement was given a foreigner? A potential terrorist at that.
A lot of things are going down in this country we have no clue about, probably this one has donated the equipment to his Boko Haram brothers or the Fulani herdsmen miscreants.

I'm guessing the company he used isn't registered and it is a sole proprietorship. Or why can't they get his address and see how they can investigate and track him down?
