So, i made my first visit to the Eko Atlantic City with a friend after so many years of putting it off and i was impressed with what i saw. While i think it will take a while for the project to be completed, i think it's gradually taking shape.

Ordinary to complete sand filling they have abandoned since 2018. This project might be completed in 40 years time they way thing dey go. The 1m per plot as at then was about 196m, naira has lost value since and costs have increased. The project was not necessarily to be honest.

Banana island is more of a residential area for mansions while this place is for mainly highrises
