All I had to do at this point is follow the steps in the original thread

Step one: was to steam the fish first

Step two: add the prawns and snails to the steaming pot

Step three: add oil, salt, pepper And seasoning as required to the steaming pot.

Step four: add periwinkles

Correct guy. Na so I take dey toast kpeki too.

But by the time you finish with this your style, you no go fit tell the difference between the okro and your fish because all the fish go don scatter and melt finish except you just steam for a few minutes with the seasoning, bring them out whole to be reintroduced as the last piece in this steamy, slimy, hot, puzzle pot.

No time to check time at all.

Lmao! Why is it that the people that try out the recipe rarely comment. They just observe and go replicate? grin grin

A very nice one. You really have plenty money o. You were generous with your ingredients. I’ll suggest you remove the head of your fish next time, as it tends to scatter and litters the soup with bones. Asides that, you did very well. You’ll enjoy it more from the second eating- based on my experience with soups sha. Expect it to draw more too.

Did you like it? Most importantly cheesy

Nice try! You did very well... next time steam the fish with little water, and introduce the fish back when the soup is almost done to avoid it getting scattered.
