Real developers Why don't you go and develop your own land. The slogan is "Eko O Nibaje ooo". It's not in your nonsense Igbo language. Or have you seen Igbo names among the governors of Lagos: Otedola,Tinubu,Fashola,Ambode,Sanwo Olu. Where is Chinedu or Nnamdi I don't know how we are living as tenants under you. You these Igbo people have problem. Go and develop your Aba and Owerri that looks like a desert. Useless people!! Be coming to claim something that is not yours. Fucking criminals

the developers of this place are not serious ..how can this place be more expensive than dubai ?
Yes, because of the weak exchange value of Naira to Dollars when compared with UAE currency. That is one of the disadvantages of a weak currency when using imported materials for any project.

Ordinary to complete sand filling they have abandoned since 2018. This project might be completed in 40 years time they way thing dey go. The 1m per plot as at then was about 196m, naira has lost value since and costs have increased. The project was not necessarily to be honest.

Pls,these people are not worth replying sir!
They come here to claim they are billionaires and that 90% of them are landlords in Lagos but you also see them complaining on twitter and Facebook bitterly how they are not able to rent good accommodations in Lagos because the Yoruba landlords don't want them because they are Igbo.IRONIC, isn't it?
Do you know that some of them were claiming Amen Estate is owned by an Igbo man sometimes back here on nairaland until we discovered it is owned by a Yoruba man who was invited to Funke Akindele's party during lockdown.
They derive pleasure in stuff like this.
They suffer from acute inferiority complex and there is nothing anybody can do to help them. It's a generational thingy.
Pls,don't allow them drag you in the mud with them.
Just read and laugh because they are really amazing entertainers.

I can see you are only ignorant. It's not your fault. Go and form your stupid IPOB and let Nigeria have peace. It is only Igbo people that will be fighting other tribes in this country. When have you seen an Hausa or Efik man ridiculing other tribes? You people have problem.
Claiming what does not belong to them meanwhile they will not develop their own land. Since you are the owners of Lagos, why are you not the governors. You people don't have a stand in anything in Nigeria. Music, acting, academics everything we beat you. Fucking empty barrels. I don't have your time.
PEACE!!!

This thing pain you well well oh lol... If there is anyone in the right form to call someone ugly its certainly not the yoruba tribe grin. You and i know you orangutan looking faces both male and female are a joke to humanity. Yourbas are the ugliest tribe in Nigeria today no cap! Tinubu and Obasanjo faces alone can make a pregnant woman lose her baby out of fright. No other tribe is interested in marrying your ugly black unkept dirty women, even your men are fleeing from your women and chasing Igbo girls up and down like flies chase faeces. This is horrific, the fact that i cant see a yoruba girl and admire her is a cause for worry, your big eye balls with your fat kpomo lips caused by eating slimy hydraulic soup plus your dirty black skin that y'all bleach day and night by fire by force trying to look like Igbo ladies, but its never gonna be possible.. grin tongue
