Religious organisations and NGOs depend on money donated to them in trust ; unfortunately such trust can be abused if they are allowed to go unchecked without any form of regulation - which no responsible govt would allow to happen.

Interestingly the same dissenting voices with Church branches in Europe & America; currently inciting their blind and gullible followers into a frenzy of hate and bigotry; are quite happy to abide the same types of laws in these countries but are not ready to do same in their own country.
