The rate of illiteracy which exists on that region have played a tantamount role in the backwardness of the country. Like you rightly stated in the previous comment, the staggering numbers of illiteracy that exists on that region came by due to conscious intents of the Leaders from that region to manipulate those numbers of heads.

The Leaders from that region wants different from our Leaders, the perception of the people from that region differs from ours with a long stretch... reasons why coexisting peacefully together as one will always be a Scam.
