Food Concepts commenced operations in 2001. The company aims to revolutionize the food sector in West Africa and to deliver extraordinary satisfaction to its stakeholders. Since launching in 2004, Chicken Republic (Subsidiary of Food concepts) has opened 59 stores in Nigeria and Ghana.

The recruitment process lasts between 3-5 months and the recruitment stages include:
1. Application
2. Aptitude Test
3. Personality Test
4. Interview

The Aptitude test questions are drawn from GMAT (60 questions, 45mins), includes;
• Verbal/quantitative reasoning
• Mathematics
• English
• General knowledge

Applicants who sat for the test in the past were allowed to use a Calculator. The Salary Scale for Management Trainee position is estimated to be between 70K – 120K

Some of the Applicants who shared their personality test experience said they were paired to rehearse and present a song, some others were asked to participate in a debate/roundtable discussion.
The HR team assess applicants Charisma, Composure and Teamwork ability, leadership, communication and listening skills.


How to Prepare with Q and A App materials

1. Practice with the FREE GMATs materials at the Job Test section of Q and A App. Particularly the 2015 edition. Don’t wait until you get an invite for the test before you start your preparations.
2. To improve your speed in solving numerical problems, watch the FREE maths trick videos from the Video section of Q and A App.
3. Also, watch some of the FREE WAEC Mathematics tutorial videos, they will help refresh your knowledge of some mathematics concepts
4. Study the FREE Current affairs material at the job test section of the App
5. PERSONALITY TEST/INTERVIEW PREPARATION
-Read about personality test online
-Read about the company on their website
-Be prepared to answer behavioural questions. Watch FREE videos on how to answer the Tell us about yourself question and Behavioural Questions at the Video Section of Q and A App
-Read about the ‘STAR Technique’ for responding to interview questions.

I got an invite for a customer service representative Interview at Food concept, and the said Interview is today, can anyone assist with likely Interview questions for that role, I think it's different from the management trainee position.

Also if you can help out with an insight on the salary structure for the Customer service representative role I will very much appreciate.

I past the aptitude test since and they send me congratulation mail since 26th June that they will get back to me soon for interview....am yet to get mail or message for interview till today.....anybody with info about what happen or should I forget about it....
