I was on twitter, when I come across this image and I fell in love with the design. As a passionate graphic designer pls I want to know how this is done and d app that is use for it.

Photoshop!

Just smartly use your selection tools, and other peripherals well.

You might not have to use the same procedures the original designer used; just apply intelligence and a your/good procedure can do this design.

Just search on google, how to conform text to surfaces using displacement maps. Sorry for the late reply
