tutudesz:That helicopter doesn't even have that capability so I knew she was lying from that point and besides we all saw it was Lasema ambulance that moved the victims so how can any Doctor ask for Police report from Lasema evac from a aircrash scene |

If it's true nko. Is this the first time hospitals are requesting for police report before treatment. Like we don't have a terrible health care system. Just wait for the international flights to resume and see how many doctors would leave Nigeria. |

PEOPLE ARE JUST PLAIN EVIL. NIGERIANS ARE JUST PLAIN EVIL. THEY NEVER WANT TO SEE ANYTHING GOOD COME FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND AUTHORITIES. THE EMERGENCY SERVICES ARRIVED ON TIME TO CARRY OUT THE RESCUE BUT YES NIGERIANS IN THEIR TYPICAL MENTALITY OF BLAMING THE GOVERNMENT WERE NOT HAPPY THAT THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. EVEN FROM THE VIDEO, A CRAZY WOMAN WAS THERE ALREADY SHOUTING AND ABUSING AND ACCUSING THE RESCUERS THAT THEY ARE MURDERING ONE OF THE CASUALTIES WHO SHE SAID WAS STILL BREATHING YET SHE WAS STANDING ABOUT 50FEET AWAY FROM THE TWO BODIES ON THE MAKESHIFT STRETCHER. HOW SHE DETERMINED THAT THE MAN WAS STILL BREATHING IS STILL A MYSTERY. ALREADY THE RUMOR THEN CIRCULATED THAT LASEMA AND THE POLICE KILLED ONE OF THE SURVIVORS. LASEMA CARRIED OUT THE RESCUE. THE VICTIMS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL BY LASEMA AND THE POLICE SO ONE CAN NOW SEE HOW EVIL THE MINDS OF YOU NIGERIANS ARE.

I have been reading all the post concerning yesterday's tragedy and I want to clear the air on what happened. Most of what you guys said here are false. The federal govt should please compensate the families of the dead . The pilot tried his best to avoid crashing on the roof. We saw the way the pilot struggle to get the helicopter out from residential area because he never wanted much casualties. After the crash most of us ran towards the compound to see if we can save anyone , we were knocking at the gate of the crash scene but no one answered us. So a colleague of mine went through the back of the compound and was able to scale thru the fence by then the occupants of the said compound came out and said his only few people that he will allowed.I saw Nigerians busy videoing out of the hundreds of people that are there it was just few people that went to rescue them. We still have a long way to go in this country. Two people died at the spot and the remaining casualty was SEVERELY injured. Lasema came an hour later after the accident. The victims were taken to the hospital through ives hospital ambulance( this hospital was beside the crash scene) and not LASEMA ambulance has speculated by the media. Response to emergency in Nigeria is too slow and poor. I don't know the pilot but he died a HERO. |

The lady posted rubbish. I was one of the people that rushed to the scene to rescue them. |

Kaydans:You may be right, but in this case the guy you quoted is absolutely correct on the fake news part from the lady. The patient was brought in by LASEMA, RRS etc which are government agencies in a government hospital. How then could a police report be demanded for? I can't believe people will even buy into the fake story. Finally, she even confessed not being an eyewitness, pure hearsay which makes her more disgusting. People like this need to be seriously dealt with by applicable laws |

zikter:Which LASEMA ? It was IVES HOSPITAL AMBULANCE that took the victims to hospital and not LASEMA (Except they transfer the victims to LASEMA bus on their way to general hospital).Lasema and other govt response team came 1hr later. I saw the post from LASEMA on Twitter yesterday that rescue operation on going, we all laugh at my office because they were lying. |
