prophetfire:He ran out of fuel .. the distance from Portharcourt to Lagos by a typical helicopters flight plan is about 621 Kms the range of the helicopter he was fly was 634kms single engine and 693 twin engine( he flew a single engine ) So you can see just any slight miscalculation in his fuel to weight ratio will leave him stranded .. Shouldn't even be flying a bell 206 that far for any reason but I guess they have been doing it and getting away scotfree... Okay let me buz your brain small . Do you know if they were just two in the helicopter instead of three he would have made it to his base which was about 3 minutes away . |

GamalNasser:you mean he got into a copter and flew it with a doubtful fuel reading? I cant take such risk with my life. What kind of a human being was he playing a game of chance with his life? |
