Post secondary school result means"after secondary school result".... Dats University, when did u graduate from uni? It shouldn't be b4 d stipulated date

yes bro.. that’s where I’ve always signed mine.. it’s even easier this year they didn’t make box to affix passport for referee... just go there and give them whatever small change they are asking for.. in Lagos I spend 500 to sign it at the liaison office..
