Hello,
I need to send about $650 to a colleague in India via Paypal urgently and i need someone with a Domiciliary (Dollar) account who can help me send the money to the guy on Paypal, while i send the naira value to the person. I need this urgently, please.

At whatever reasonable rate i get. Rate depends on who is helping me to send. I dont have control over that. If your rate if fair, then i have no problems at all.

I dont really know but i want someone with a dollar account, which can work on PayPal. With the new cbn restrictions, my bank (access bank) have slammed a $300 limit for a month on every naira debit card on international payment. I need someone with a dollar debit card, that can work on paypal and who can easily help me send $650 to a colleague in india via paypal (not transfer).
I will send the naira value to the person and he/she helps me send the dollar equivalent to my indian colleague via paypal.

Why not distribute the money to your other bank accounts then fund your PayPal with them then send to the person?

The restriction is per bank account not per bvn I suppose

I have a domiciliary account with Gtb and I also have a PayPal acc.it depend on the rate

I have gotten someone reputable who have helped and the transaction has been done successfully.

Though some scammers, with no fear of God also contacted me and tried to swindle me of my funds. Its just a deep shame, some people live all their miserable lives looking to cheat others by every and all means.
