It simply means there are variants of the product
And the least one cost 10,500 while the highest one cost 20,500.

For example if it is a phone or hard drive. There maybe 16gb, 32gb and 64gb.
So 16 would cost 10,500. 32 might be 15,500 while 64 would be 20,500. So you will have to choose the one you want to confirm the actual price.

Can't we just go to that post office in Lag that receives most items from overseas to check for our orders. Won't they allow ni? I believe most of our orders (especially April - June orders) are stuck there
