Validity should be removed from data subscription. Telling me that my data has expired is fraudulent. If my data can be returned back to you because of time limit , my own money should also be returned to me.

If they can extend the 3000 plan for 3 month. Many of us will consider them
Re: Glo Introduces New Mega Data Plans by Eriokanmi: 10:30am On Sep 01, 2020
This is just a Greek gift na. I get 7gig with just 1,500 on glo mega plan naira and I use up to 30gig monthly. If calculated in naira and kobo that's 1,500×20 which is 30k. The network would be like snail with this new plan because the 7gig is always slower that when one renews on the regular plan. My opinion .

This is for Small businesses and high-end customers that use higher data with longer validity period.

Kids with #100 data disturbing and using foul languages everywhere online should kindly [b]CALM DOWN
and wait for their #100 data thread.

I will download same movie in less than 5 mins with mtn.
Is the unlimited really uncapped? Don't they throttle the speed after a certain limit?

Bro that's my issue with Nigerians...
If glo was a company we here of in Ghana or south Africa..with this development Nigerians on nairaland would be asking what is nigeria doing to improve their lives...

We only complain that's what we know..there is nothing a nigerian leader will do that nigerians wont complain about...

Someone once told me that he does not use Glo services no matter how good the services were, and u asked why, he said that yorubas does not patronize anything that comes from other entrepreneurs from other regions, that they promote their own only... At that point I knew Nigeria is doomed. I feel a lot of other Nigerians are doing same. It's a pity...

Some of us spend at least 150k on data every year. 3k sub will last just a week or less. Do the maths.

For 1 year?
That's #8300 per month..
That is in the borderline of what I spend in a month..
I'll call that a good over..

Celebrating mediocrity,How can we still use capped data on 4g network, and spend 100k on something that could be finished in a few days, when countries like dubai are getting unlimited data and full monthly netflix subscription for 13k worth of money, while us with a lower ease of making a living are paying such huge amount of money for something we won't even fully enjoy

Don't mind those useless nigeria network. Especially mtn always changing nat type 2 to type 3 every time. Call them to adjust it for you. They don't even know what your saying. Meanwhile it is very easy to do that in other country.

abi...my mtn has been giving me steady NAT 2 shaa...i was using GLo and was getting NAT 3..but immediately i entered Mtn,,,
NAT 2 on a steady..

next time, when you have NAT 2 on mtn,.....adjust your network to 2/3g....check it,..it will likely revert to NAT 2...then change back to 4g....
Thats what someone in one gaming group i belong to said and it worked for some...

do you play fifa 19 online?

Try and improve on your service first before introducing heavy data plans.
Their services are highly improved..
Their 4G network is very much okay and getting more widespread..

I wonder why people complain about glo. They've got a splendid 4G and they are one of the best networks out there. I've been using them for years and travel alot. I've never had issues so I sometimes wonder where the complaints comes from. Glo is not as bad as people ridicule it.
likewise

I've been using glo for years
Never had a problem with them
I want to switch to 4G but the process makes it almost impossible for me cos I'll like to keep my number.
I heard the 4G is mad

When I hear people complain about glo wonder what planet they are in

In some countries N30k can buy you unlimited data. At&t is selling unlimited data for $100 and less . It's even cheaper in India.
