I always knew that was a very silly move because those Discos would take advantage of the law..

Ofcourse they would .. Nigerians don't know the demons in those discos and some where celebrating that Nonsense and now the DISCOS have struck and even people that buy just 1000 naira units are affected

They would simply claim they classified Ikeja as an area for the rich.

At the end of the day, the criminal minded Discos may not classify more than two to three areas in the entire Lagos as areas for the poor people..
