From your write up, there is nothing to support the fact that those 18 selected candidates got the job through connections. Or you expect the organisation to employ beyond the vacant slots? |

Useless corrupt officials in Nigeria. If you don't have money to buy a job in Nigeria, just go and be doing multi level marketing ( MLM)., No matter the weight of your credentials or qualifications. All government jobs are bought simple. 800,000 naira for job in ministry of Agriculture. Except if you have a God father, or you are coming with a " name". And we are fighting corruption. Nonsense and Ghana jollof 1 Like |

Really pathetic, the country has gone to the dogs. You have to be connected to someone before you are given an appointment, even the 774000 FG 3 months volunteer job, I discovered that they were asking for sponsors of the candidate to call before accepting the forms in some LGA's Where are we heading to in this country? 2 Likes |

Stop ✋ fooling yourself with Academic Merits here in Nigeria. It is never about what you know, it is who you know. Education is in excess supply while the demand for it is very short. If you don’t know anyone, just get a skill and re brand it with your education. The only recruitment in Nigeria which has no connection was the Npower and as you can see, they have been thrown out. Please.....remove those names up there 10 Likes 1 Share |

In maybe 90% of all cases, anything government work in Nigeria is based on know me know u, whether na govt employment, govt contract, govt politics, govt procurement etc. Daz y they keep swimming in corruption and failure, cuz they don't run a system of EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for all. They run a govt system of WHO DO YOU KNOW. 2 Likes |

Sorry, but I don't believe it was due to connections What the guy who posted this is implying is that he expects everyone who applied for the job to get the job. That's not how it works. Take the recent NNPC recruitment. Apparently those who passed got it via corruption. What those who should corruption don't tell you is.that 45000 people were vying for 6000 jobs. There was no connection. OP did not get the job because he was not good enough. 1 Like |
