One thing you forgot to address , is the aggressive way xiaomi fans or users go about bashing users of other devices , I like the brand for the fact that they give users value for their money. But I see nothing really special in their devices other than it's cheap. Something most persons on nairaland needs to come to terms with , it's not everybody that's interested in cheap , some persons like premium feel or aesthetics others could be for the prestige etc .

They need to create a thread to enlighten them that it's not everyone who goes for expensive devices that are ignorant or know nothing about investing , those investing crew are another pack of nuisance .

Shows you that the company is actually sitting up and working.

If they improve even more and keep prices fair, I could just well become a fan again.
Me too, but the HYPOCRITES would still be.

Ahh I miss those days, going to your friends place to pay a few games, talk about how life would remain better instead of this circus show we're in now sad

You can still fix the PlayStation and sell it off to a collector. There's a growing market for that.
Wish I had my Sega console around...unfortunately that was given away to some brat who destroyed it under a week.

All of them scam reviewers are part of the problem. The one who refuse to tow the path to cheap fame are cast aside. it's why I like Kagan. He's one of the few Nigerian YouTubers that I respect.

The rest are trash.
Kagan is in a class of his own... Probably the highest earning Tech YouTuber in Nigeria ... Tecno hates him mehnnn

The only infinix device I've 3ver commended is the infinix zero 8 . I've used the note 4 and zero 3 , na just now I dey remember self grin , and tecno camon c7 and cx . And amongst those four devices I liked the c7 the most because of it's small size . I haven't touched a product from transsion for about 3 years or more . Yet you when they presently they use their product one school me , hmmmmm undecided

E clear say you be that type when somebody describe as those who use their life savings for a phone . My G I can't use that tecno pouvoir , I can't even use the xiaomi you intend buying because e sure me die say no be their flagship you one buy grin . Phones I've used , I swear some of them you've not even touched them or seen anyone who used them . I'm tired of my present phone and I've used it for roughly a month , the only issue is I have certain things on it that can't enter ios device independently .

Listen you've probably never used a xiaomi device before my one advice no phone has it all . Some will try but no phone can surely satisfy all your needs . Buy what you wanna buy and pray for the grace of better comprehension before quoting people next time

Very Good.

He did justice to the s5pro. That was the pointer to the sensor in the Camon 15 premier.

And its also possible to write G90T on p35 or a22 with white marker, or even program a phone to display G90T when app tries to find out the soc type. So we still need more proof that the soc is trully G90T as claimed.

I just checked now and I found out that it has a level 3 clearance and thus should support GCam but it may not necessarily support all the features.

At this time, I am unsure if a dedicated port has been made for it sef

Writing is a whole lot different from making a YouTube video.

A lot of resources actually go into making one. One would need a decent camera (I could trust my RN9 PRO) for this task tho, a nice table or surface, excellent lighting and lighting equipment, a tripod and a gimbal, a good mic too, some mad video editing skills and of course support.

I have seen a few people try starting up and I commend their efforts, I really do but I would not want a video of such quality (both video and sound) out there. I believe what's worth doing is worth doing right.

I trust my grasp of the English language and presentation skills but I do not trust my video shooting skills. Quite frankly, they're nowhere near my photography skills. My video editing skills are also sub par. For now it's an area I don't want to venture into till I get the hang of it.

I have hit 700 views in July and August making up a total of 1400 so I'm researching on more topics to write on in my spare time.

One of the reasons why this country will never move forward even if we split it into individual households is hypocrisy (and self-interest). Selfish interests which comes at the detriment of the general good.

No matter how bad a situation is, you will find people who benefit from it and would frustrate whatever efforts are made to remedy the situation. Going as far back as slavery, people gained from it and tried to prevent the abolishing of slave trade, during the civil war, people inside the war torn zone profiteered from it and in our present day Nigeria, no matter how bad things have come to be, people are still profiteering from it and would not have it any other way.

A few months ago, with the release of the Camon 15 Premier and the unveiling of a 64MP camera on top of a Helio P35, people who understood Smartphone SoC tech were baffled and tried to point out this anomaly. The backlash was furious as a lot of persons who had personal interests in the brand and device took it very very personal and lots of threads were opened and insults were flung like bullets across world war 2 trenches.

One matter still remains unexplained to this day, how does 64mp work on Helio P35?

There is a sort of hypocrisy that stinks to the high heavens from Transsion supporters and marketers which makes me nauseous and I'll go further to list them below. It's 5am and I have ample time.

1. SoC (System on a Chip)
I remember receiving bitter insults in 2019 from Transsion supporters, especially those from Infinix who claimed vehemently that there were more important things in a phone than the SoC and that it doesn't matter. This was after it was pointed out that Transsion hides bad specs by pasting Quad core on the cover. I still have my Pouvoir 2 carton with me as evidence.

The responses ranged from "we don't buy phones to play games", "SoC is not important" to personal insults then all of a sudden, the Infinix Note 7 was released with the Helio G70 and in the blink of an eye, SoC had suddenly become important! Infinix that posts QUAD CORE on device packaging was painting everywhere red with G70. So with the release of the G90T on the Infinix Zero 8, I would like to ask if we were right all along and that SoCs truly are important?

2. Camera sensors

I remember Zesushvwritter who dragged Transsion on Twitter so badly that Tecno to be precise had to edit their website when he brought the roof down on them. The question was simple, "what sensors did the Tecno Camon 15 Premier use?"

I remember all sorts of excuses were brought up. The most shocking was that "companies don't advertise the type of camera sensors they use". WTF?! How did I manage to share the same country with some people?! Our usual excuse bringer said "they neglected to add it because it is not necessary". How can you use a Sony sensor and forget to add it?!

Well on every Zero 8 advert, I see the Sony IMX sensor emblazoned with the G90T boldly. Do Camera sensors matter now?

In conclusion, we have to be better and we have to be more educated and selfless. It is hypocrisy of the highest order to use a Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung or iPhone to log onto Nairaland and advise someone else to get a Transsion phone. It is not just wrong, it is evil!

I will give credit where it is due, the G70 on the IN7 was a step in the right direction and the G90T on the Zero 8 is massive. I am impressed. I don't know how effective Nairaland is but if the reports I got are true coupled with the bashing on FB, Infinix are ready to improve but they would not have done so if they were not pushed.

Now Transsion users can hold their head up high and be proud of two good devices. The Zero 8 is worth the price. This is what we want to see. I can recommend that phone for anyone because the chipset and camera are top notch, the OS may need work but software can be changed and updated.

Let's stop this hypocrisy and call a spade a spade.

Una good morning.
Do you have a product you are selling or creating, if not you will not understand this hence reason you trying to destroy a product that is trying to make sales and put food on employees table
