Hi guys, Please recently I changed my phone and the sim I used in enrolling for the bvn is lost and I couldn't access my bvn... I don't know if there's anyone with useful information on how to retrieve the bvn |

Go to the bank where you registered bvn to retrieve. |

dingbang:I don't use the account, some funds entered and trying transferring it to another account and couldn't.... I did the bvn with a num I'm not using again and I cant access the BVN |

aaronibk:please just meet the manager in the branch. Go direct to the manager's office and explain to him, he will tell the customer service officer who is in charge of bvn enrolment what to do. @callmeathena, even if a customer didnt link his/her bvn to their account, the customer can still retrieve the bvn at the branch which he or she enrolled for bvn by supplying them with name, date of birth which was used to rwgister that bvn and phone number. |
