It's funny that people do not know Obi. He awards contracts to local contractors. I know a construction engineer, who's also a president general of his town union. He will do a high quality road awarded in his area and still go further to do extra length of road with other finishing touches. He employs most people from his area now his company can equate to Inter Bau in terms of quality, dat's 'economic strategy' rather than depending on foreign contractors always. Obi works behind the scene. |
