A business oriented person like Aliko Dangote or Mike Adenuga would grab the contracts with both hands and implement while making bastard billions from gas supply to power plant, A Foolish Politicians especially retarded PDP fools would rather contact a fictional company like P&ID to collect the contracts and they both share the money
