To be saved,

A-Acknowledge the fact that you are a sinner and that you cannot save yourself. Psalms 51: 5
B- Believe that it is only Jesus that can save you. Romans 10:10, Acts 4: 12
C- Confess your sins, repent from them and be converted (Never go back to them). Romans 10: 9. Call upon Jesus to forgive you and be saved today (Romans 10:13).

Follow these steps now please! Tomorrow may be too late! Death may come, Rapture may take place before you act! Don't delay!!!

Your WRONG, King Hezekiah turned his head to the wall and prayed asking God to lengthen his days as The Lord said his time was up.
God gave him 15 more years
so God is a double minded person and cannot make up his mind? How would you trust such a person?

you should also realize this world is govern by law and principles.
Moses destiny was to lead the Israelites but his anger prevented him.
Just because there is a supposed destined end doesn't mean we can't alter that end with our attitude and behavior.
Remember that king that was suppose to die but prayed to God and years were added to his years?
so which means God doesn't know the end from the beginning? Or he changes his mind like a double minded confused person? How would you trust such a person?

Still asking myself this question.
How can I maximize my potentials?
Am good at doing so many things but the one I know how to do best is music.
In 20mins,i can compose 3 beautiful songs. I even released a track in year 2014 that reveived alot of positive reviews in my hood but along the line, I just decide to give up.
The thing is, I get frustrated easily, so easily.
I really want to focus on this music issue but looking at how populated the music industry is, and the extreme limited resources I have, to even try dey fear me
Just follow your passion while trusting in God alone...God will create your own musical niche for you.

One love bro. When I was small I asked my mama, does god change his mind? She replied no, saying God is omnipotent and omnipresent and he knows the end from the beginning. So I asked her then what is the point of praying? There was an awkward silence after the question then she said I should go and play with my friends grin
The same God says in his word that you should pray without ceasing - Luke 18:1
The same God says you should ask until you receive - Matthew 7:7-8
The same God says he knows what you need even before you ask - Matthew 6:8
The same God says he knows how to give good gifts to those who ask Him - Matthew 7:11

It's the same God... though He knows all things, knows your needs, He still wants you to pray to Him and ask Him. Your sincere prayer to Him is your outward proof that you trust in God to meet your needs and not yourself or men.

These are some of the things your mum should have explained to you.. perhaps she felt you were too young to understand such things at that time.

ok thanks. But does it mean God will change his mind if he didn't wanna do something I asked? And if he wants to do it, will it matter if I asked or not?

Never settle for anything less than you want.

Never settle for being a character in someone else'Â’s story when you are meant to be the author of your own.

If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.

When you accept the fact that your true identity includes being an overcomer, you will never settle for less than a miracle.

Don't ever settle for less than you deserve, because once you start to settle you always will.

Know your worth. Know the difference between what you're getting and what you deserve.

Never settle with words what you can accomplish with a flame-thrower.

Never settle for anything less than your best.

Don't rush and never settle. If it's meant to be, it will be.

One key to success is demanding more than adequacy, never settling for good enough and always doing a little bit more.

Never settle for less than your dreams, somewhere, sometime, someday, somehow, you'll find them.

When you refuse to settle for less than the best...the best tends to track you down.

The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less than you settled for.

There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.

Never settle. There is no need to rush.

Be awesome. Live life to the fullest. Shoot for the stars and never settle.

If you're gonna settle for anything; settle for greatness.

Never settle for anything less than extraordinary.

Don't settle for what life gives you; make life better and build something.

Never settle for the crumbs of life.

Never settle on a life you don't want when God is trying to give you a better life.

Life is too short to settle for something less than spectacular.

Never settle for that which is easy and comfortable or the necessity of seeking that which is difficult and uncomfortable.

Never settle for less than you deserve. Demand the best, accept nothing less.

If you settle for what you've got, you deserve what you get.

If you'll not settle for anything less than your best, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in your lives.

Ten years from now, make sure you can say that you CHOSE your life, you didn't SETTLE for it.

Don't settle, as with all matters of the heart you'll know when you find it

Interesting15:
The Will of God for you is that you should have and maintain an intimate and eternal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ, which then get you empowered to have dominion over everything He created.

It is an aberration to be under the yoke of anything negative. You are meant to be a king and a priest to God, and should rule your world. God is Benevolent, and is ready to release unto you all that is needed to live a life of true royalty.

Don't settle for less, don't embrace a life of mediocrity. Don't allow the devil rule you. Don't allow your flesh and desires rule you. You are meant to have dominion over money, and not the other way round. You are meant to be in charge of your health and shouldn't be tortured by sickness. You are meant to command demons and get curses flee in fear, even at the sound of your voice. It is an error to be tormented by negative addictions (be it drug addiction, porn and masturbation addiction, illicit sex, telling lies, etc). You are meant to tame your body and should live above sin and lust.

Don't settle for less, don't embrace a life of mediocrity. Listen, Anything other than God's will for your life is mediocrity. If you choose a man/woman contrary to the Will of God for you, you have simply settled for less (irrespective of how beautiful or handsome the person is)! If you make a decision contrary to God's Will for you, irrespective of how lucrative it might be, you have actually opted for mediocrity.

If you continue in sin and iniquities, you have settled for less, and won't be able to maximize your full potentials on earth. Unfortunately, many people are still in this category, and you reading this might be one of them.

If you are yet to FULLY surrender your life to Jesus Christ, it means where you are in life currently is not God's perfect Will for you. You must then make the decision to embrace Jesus genuinely and start a relationship with Him in spirit and in truth. God wants an intimate relationship with you, and not religion.

Simply call upon the name of Jesus anywhere you are, embrace Him as your LORD and SAVIOR, and ask Him to help you serve Him in spirit and in truth.

To the best of my knowledge of God, God may or may not change his mind concerning an issue. It is on record in the bible that God did change his mind concerning some situations in the bible (e.g. adding 15 more years to Hezekiah's life, numerous times in the life of the Israelites when God had planned to destroy the Israelites but changed his mind) and at some other instances, He did not change his mind concerning what He had decided (e.g. Esau, Moses).
God answers prayers in 3 ways - 1. Yes 2. No 3. Wait
If He believes you need that thing, He will say Yes and give it to you by answering the prayer.
If He knows (He knows all things) that what you are asking for will mislead you or lead to destruction or lead you to where it will not be well with you, He will say No to that prayer. If you eventually go ahead and get that thing through your own ways, you will be bear the consequences.
Also, if he knows that what you are asking for will be beneficial to you but you will need it at a later date or perhaps he is planning the best for you as per that thing, he will say wait.
Every thing boils down to you being able to understand what God is saying per time as per your desires or prayer requests. We must have spiritual understanding. God wants us to accept his will concerning every request or situation in our lives. In those days, there were ladies that I thought were the best for me but God did not give me the go ahead to approach them for reasons best known to me. In times past, I have been owed monies by some clients and eventually when they paid, the money came at the right time and was used judiciously, contrary to if the money had been paid earlier. I have lost some opportunities in life only to later discover that God was only protecting me and preparing the way for better things for me. God knows all things and it takes the spiritual to discern his ways.

To your last question, sometimes if God wants to do something, He will do it whether we want it or not and some other times, He will wait for us to ask before He does it. He is a sovereign God....no one can question Him.

I hope I have clarified things a bit!

let me come on your last paragraph because it seems to be a summary of all what you wrote, honestly to yourself since you believe God has no pattern: he would do what he wants regardless if you pray or not and sometimes he wants you to pray before he does it and then sometimes he wants to do it but you pray and he changes his mind and the other times he doesn't change his mind even if you pray. Then some other times he would do it at the time you want if he thinks it's the best time for you and the other times he would postpone it because he already knows that it's not the best time for you. Can't you see that you have proven with very strong points that praying actually doesn't change anything and it is very very unreliable? Be honest with yourself.

You are left to come up with your own conclusions, sir. Just seek to know God more for yourself - a personal relationship with God...it will be clearer once you do so. Regards.
