I think they are overwhelmed by the tonnes of packages at their disposal, but things are improving. Yesterday I have received a package in Jos which I have long forgotten about, ordered since December last year.

I have since collected it. It took another 28 days to reach Jos from Lagos.

Yeah i understand that. But it cannot be complete chaos there now. At least some form of orderliness with how they store stuff. So they can know which one has been there for more than a month, three and even half a year.
How can they just completely ignore the old ones because they are "overwhelmed".
What about we that are waiting, we are underwhelmed and very patient.

I've been refunded for these items but don't know how I'll paybcak now because of card limit restrictions and lack of funds.
