It all started last year and I quickly went to a Pharmacy in PH(Barata) and I explained everything to them and they gave me prescription so I got some medication (INJECTION)and it cleared up...So this year it all started again...

You might not have gotten it through sex? Not likely. What you have is a viral infection called Herpes Simplex type 2. It's is "not a big deal" even though it has no cure. See a doctor. You ll need a lifelong maintenance therapy. Not a big deal. A lot of people have it just that most are asymptomatic. You are smart for seeking help but proper help is seeing a doctor.
