Flooding is a problem everywhere in the world, not peculiar to Nigeria.

You say everywhere in the world? No I don't agree. While in most other countries that it occurs it is predominantly caused by cyclones and other disastrous weather conditions, but here, minimal rainfall has the potential for a flood.
