A former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has hailed the nomination of US President, Donald Trump for the 2021 Nobel peace prize. In a post on his social media handles, Fani-Kayode who said Trump deserves the nomination said no foreign leader, living or dead, has shown more concern for the plight of Christians in Nigeria than Trump. President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday said Trump accused him of killing Christians during their meeting in the White House. According to Fani-Kayode “I am delighted to hear that President Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America, has been nominated for the Nobel Peace prize for his tremendous and outstanding efforts to bring peace and justice to the world”. “To mention a few he struck the North/South Korea peace deal, the Israel/UAE peace deal, the Serbia/Kosovo peace deal and had the decency, fortitude and courage to recognise Jerusalem as the undisputed, undivided and eternal capital of the state of Israel”. “He killed Qasem Soleimani, the Commander of the terrorist Iranian Republican Guard, Abubakr Al Baghdadi, the leader of the terrorist organisation ISIS and he crushed and destroyed ISIS itself”. “To cap it all no foreign leader, living or dead, has shown more concern for the plight of Christians in Nigeria than him. This basket mouth man must think, we give a damn about his opinion. Forget foreign leaders, how many of our Christian leaders and monarchs have done or said anything about the killings all over southern Nigeria ? Most of our people are now living in IDP camps but none of our so called leaders -political, religious or cultural have remained oblivious to what is going.
