Have you not read here post from guys who were. Unable to beat the time to get that money no matter how much they tried? Even the small change in form of new user coupons are so much limited in use and if you get to use it, the item is either not shipped or the seller tries to armtwist you to pay more in order to erode the coupon.

Picked up an item today at the postoffice.
Bp expired, and i didnt bother with dispute, cos tracking showed item left for nigeria.

The person at the postoffice in edo state said items are rapidlly trickling in, that lagos is to be blamed, for sitting on items all these while, now it seems they hv woken and they want to overload them with work.

She pointed to heaps of items that just arrived, and was clearly pissed with lagos for accumulating the backlog that will make the coming days and weeks hectic for them

Does DHL WASTE time like other shippers?

DHL is one of the fastest available on AliExpress.
I haven't used it but i don't think anyone has had to wait for up to 21 days for their DHL shipment. There are others here with experience with dhl.
The problem is that nobody can really tell how they determine customs duty charge.
