Hello travels guru.
I would like to know what happens to someone whose international passport is stolen or misplaced in a foreign country. Does it mean they are stuck in the country or what?

First thing you need to do is to report it to the police in that country and you will be given police report, take that report to Nigerian embassy in that country to get emergency travel document that will allow you to return to Nigeria or apply for replacement.
