Please I'm trying to confirm if days on a weekend are counted as parts of days for a top up (ONLINE INVESTORS). That's for the 5 day grace given. Will Saturday & Sunday also counted as days, or its only weekdays that are counted as days for the 5-day top up.

Here is an example, if a customer's last ROI date is Wednesday, Sep 9th, 2020, Ideally, the next 5 days are;
Thursday Sep 10th,
Friday Sep 11th,
Saturday Sep 12th,
Sunday Sep 13th and
Monday Sep 14th.

In this case, will Sep 14th Monday be the last day of grace for the top up or will it be;
Thursday Sep 10th,
Friday Sep 11th,
Monday Sep 14th,
Tuesday Sep 15th and
Sep 16th Wednesday being the last day of grace for the online top-up?

There may be delay in payment for all the people who did there rollover and fresh investment from 10th of August 2020, this is because of the new system MBA started on the 10 of August. So pls if you do not receive after the normal two days delay, know that this is your case so long as you did your investment or rollover with the new for .
Now there is no need for panic , everything is under control , they will jst get use to the new system and every thing will be perfect , the delay will only be for the first month , the subsequent ones will come normal, so what you have to do is to lay your complain at the complain department and they will send your name to compliance for Audit and then schedule you for payment .
The requirements for the complaint is your full name and phone number. Your name exactly the way you wrote it in the form and the phone number on the form
