I wouldn't say there was a clear winner. Here is why from my contribution to another topic on the debate:

Almost all the questions Ize-Iyamu was asked, he found a way to lampoon Obaseki, for example, when he was asked about his cult-related activities, he took 35% of the time to run around the question and took 65% of the time hitting Obaseki's lack of A'level results. If I were Obaseki, I'd have interjected and asked him to answer the question on lacing someone with acid.

On the question of how Ize-Iyamu would fund his SIMPLE agenda, Obaseki should have interrupted to force Ize-Iyamu to answer.

Furthermore, when Ize-Iyamu said Oshiomole promoted a lie to market Obaseki in 2016, Obaseki should have questioned Oshiomole's credibility and asked Ize-Iyamu if he'd lead a credible government considering he is supported by liars (who must also be thieves by the popular maxim).
