Lekan239:
if we have overpopulated cities in Nigeria, then what should we call tokyo japan

Nigeria compared to Japan. Reason am again

Do you know what it takes to run a city with a large population like Tokyo, New York etc? From transportation to infrastructure to power etc? Can you compare what you see there with what you get in Lagos?

you were saying overpopulated, I.e number of people compared to it's land mass. New york is the largest city in the world, but tokyo is one of the smallest city in the world with the largest population

Lekan239:
the city of kano comprises of 6 LGA just the way port harcourt city comprises of 3 LGA. Nasarawa LGA in kano metropolis alone comprises of almost 1 million people,

So take out the 6 LGA that made up kano metropolis we still going to have additional 38LGA remaining. So that's where buhari got the numbers of vote you where talking about.

The entire kano state population is over 14millon

Thanks for the info

Later just before selection sorry election now Kano population will quadruple to 16 or 17 million more than Lagos. Just my wild thoughts.

The figure here is for Kano city and not the entire Kano state.
