Most developed is ss (pH, Calabar, akwa ibom, Delta, Edo, Bayelsa).

Least developed northeast (bauchi, borno, yobe, adamawa, etc)

SW is unarguably the most developed especially with Lagos, Ibadan and Ogun state.

Ogun state is the most industrialized state in Nigeria.
Ogun state has the biggest estate in Africa.
Ogun state has highest number of tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

Ibadan has the highest number if GRAs in Nigeria.
