Getting the redmi note 9 pro would be a dumb idea,there are better phones even from xaiomi for her budget.

I'll advise she goes for the x or xr because of performance and class especially for a femaleand since the iphone has the best video system on mobile

If it's for video tutorials, why not get a DSLR? A Canon EOS 250D or Nikon D3500 with kit lens should be around that price. DSLRs are more professional than your smartphone.

If you insist on a smartphone, I would suggest Samsung Note 10 Plus. It's quite large (especially for an average lady's hand) but it's a solid phone with solid camera for taking videos.
