I don't understand what you mean by neglect if you don't mind explain better. I have three boys that is why am interested.

Esp in the northern area, where the male children r chase out of the house,they later become Almajirai.... Begging for food and clothes!!

neglection comes in various ways example a parent telling his child u should manage this you are a man ,u can cope with it .this bring me taught how is he going to manage
